KD 3 will be charged for delivery.
Items will be delivered within 5 working days.
The delivery company “Posta Plus” will call each customer to confirm the address and to arrange for convenient delivery date & time. Please make sure to provide correct phone number while placing your order.
The delivery Terms and conditions are as per “Posta Plus” Rules and Regulations.
In case the customer is unavailable at the set date & time, the delivery company “Posta Plus” will arrange for another delivery appointment. If the delivery is failed for the second time, the purchased items will be returned to the uniform center at BBS campus and the customer will be responsible to collect it from there during the operating hours listed below. The delivery charges will not be reimbursed.
Exchanges can only happen in person at the uniform center at BBS campus during operating hours listed below.
Exchanges are allowed within 14 working days from date of purchase.
Exchanges can only happen with original receipt.
Items exchanged need to have their original tag and coded polybag.
Client is responsible for the accuracy of the address provided for home delivery.
Receipt for online purchases will be sent to the email provided (please check your “junk mail” folder in case you did not receive the receipt or contact +965-22275000 (ext- 7871/7872)).
